Connect Mufaroo with Fitbit, Garmin, Polar and Withings

To ensure that your health data from your fitness tracker or smartwatch is displayed in the Mufaroo app, follow these steps:

Check connection with the provider app:
Open your provider's app on your smartphone and make sure that the data from your fitness tracker or smartwatch is up-to-date there. If not, check the connection between your device and its app and set it up again if necessary.

Synchronise regularly with the provider app:
Most fitness trackers and smartwatches synchronise their data automatically with the provider's app. However, incomplete data exchange can sometimes occur. Open the provider app regularly to ensure that all activity data is fully transferred to the Mufaroo app.

Be patient when updating data:
The data in the Mufaroo app is updated with your provider's updates, not in real time. However, all data will be fully synchronised during the course of the day.
