My fitness tracker provider is not displayed in the Mufaroo app. What can I do?

No problem! Even if your tracker is not directly supported, we can often still track your steps - via Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (Apple). Here's how it works:

Apple Health:

1. Download your tracker's app (e.g. Mi Fit) and sign in.
2. Allow access to Apple Health (the option appears at the beginning or in the settings)
3. Open Apple Health, go to ‘
Sources’, select your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and activate access.
4. In the Mufaroo app, go to ’
Menu' (three bars top left)’ > ’Tracker connection‘ and select ‘Apple Health

Health Connect:

1. Open the Health Connect app on your device.
2. Go to 
App permissions and activate the apps you want to synchronise with Health Connect
3. Select the data permissions you want to share and tap 
Allow.
4. In the Mufaroo app, go to ‘
Settings’ > ‘Tracker connection’ and select ‘Health Connect’.
